The draw for the group stage of IEM Katowice has been made, with the 12 participating teams having been drawn into two groups of six.
Season 10 of Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) will come to a close with the World Championship, to be held at Spodek Arena from March 4-6.
Twelve of the world's finest teams will be taking part in the male CS:GO tournament, feauturing a minimum prize pool of $250,000. Eight teams were determined by their placing at the final major of 2015, in Cluj-Napoca, while the final four spots are filled through qualifiers, held in Europe, Asia and North America.
Na`Vi and Luminosity will face each other again
IEM Katowice will kick off with a round-robin group stage, with the group winners advancing to the semi-finals. The second and third-placed teams from both groups will progress to the quarter-finals to determine the final two sides making it to the last-four stage.
With the Asian spot going to TheMongolz, who won IEM Taipei over Renegades, there is only one place left to fill, which will go to the winner of the North American online qualifier, scheduled for February 12-14.
